Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before downloading, installing, or using any software, applications, or mobile/desktop games (collectively, the “Games”) published by Simply Ridiculous LLC. By accessing or playing our Games, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use our Games.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT & MATURE CONTENT
Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to play our Games. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from downloading or accessing our software.
Mature Themes: Our portfolio contains themes of intense cartoon violence, dark humor, and slapstick scenarios (including characters being run over, electrocuted, or set on fire). By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you are comfortable viewing fictional, highly stylized violent content.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
Limited License: Simply Ridiculous LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Games strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Our Ownership: All graphics, code, audio, titles, and branding within the Games belong exclusively to Simply Ridiculous LLC or its licensors.
3. IN-APP PURCHASES & BILLING
Third-Party Processing: Transactions for premium features are processed entirely by Apple App Store Connect or Google Play Billing. Simply Ridiculous LLC does not collect, view, or store your billing or credit card information.
No Refunds: All digital purchases made within the Games are final and non-refundable, except where required by platform merchant policies or local laws.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
“As-Is” Basis: The Games are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no guarantees that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simply Ridiculous LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Games.
Real-World Replication: The comedic and extreme violence depicted in our games (such as running over NPCs or using household items maliciously) is purely fictional. Simply Ridiculous LLC completely disclaims any liability for real-world property damage, physical injury, or illegal acts inspired by or replicating gameplay scenarios.
5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these Terms must be filed in the courts located within Rockford, Illinois.
